Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with teammates and partners and multitask.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks including NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial guidance to customers and recommend solutions.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
