Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify needs and build customer relationships.
• Proven success in referring products and services in person and by phone.
• Skill with digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solving and solution delivery for customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment screening.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and financial solutions to customers.
• Promote digital and mobile banking and cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Schedule financial checkups and outreach to acquire new customers.
