Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build customer relationships.
• Proven success in cross-selling and recommending products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Provide sound advice and explain banking products.
• Promote digital and mobile banking and process transactions.
• Collaborate with partners to handle more complex financial needs.
• Attend to customers in person and via phone while maintaining compliance.
