Job summary

Citizens is seeking a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Associate at our Providence branch. You’ll help customers with everyday banking needs, answer questions, and build lasting relationships by offering trusted advice.

You’ll promote digital and mobile banking tools, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage partners to meet client needs, and occasionally make outreach calls to welcome new customers.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products.
• Familiarity with digital technology to support business goals.
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and product recommendations.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options and handle cash where needed.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling rules.
