Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Summit, NJ is seeking a friendly, people-oriented person to advise customers on spending, saving, borrowing and investing while building lasting relationships. You’ll introduce digital banking tools such as our app and ATMs and help customers achieve financial goals.

You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, make outbound calls to grow the customer base and schedule checkups. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Proven success in relationship-building and product referral.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
