Job summary

JPMorganChase in Hilton Head Island, SC, is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand and build lasting client relationships. You will greet clients, understand financial needs, and offer thoughtful banking solutions with a focus on hospitality and technology-enabled services.

You will educate clients on Chase tools and work with a team of experts to address complex financial needs. Branch hours include weekends/evenings as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication to tailor solutions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Work within risk and regulatory requirements.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; Life licenses optional.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first; deliver friendly, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone.
• Build lasting relationships; tailor product/service recommendations.
• Explain technology tools (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
