Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients and team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
