Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients' needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
