Job summary

You will process teller transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities, educate customers on digital banking, and collaborate with team to meet branch sales targets while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience selling products/services in retail banking or related financial services.
• Proven success in establishing new customers and deepening relationships.
• Experience with Santander processes and standards is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn sales techniques and cross-sell relevant products.
