Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales, with proven success.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated successful Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of the customer, including transactional, servicing, and product duties.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Provide elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Handle teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits and transfers.
