Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 6+ Months Santander experience related to the role’s responsibilities.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the financial needs of customers with transactional, servicing, and product journeys.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers with digital channels and educate on self-serve options.
• Process teller transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer balances.
• Support audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
