In this role you will engage with customers, process teller transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve issues, and educate them on digital tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated Santander experience related to essential functions.
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactional, servicing, and product duties.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand financial needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Ensure elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Perform teller transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain cash drawer balances.
