Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with success in establishing customers and delivering results.
• 6+ Months Santander experience related to the role functions.
• 6+ Months Customer service in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset.
• Effective communication and ability to cross-sell products.
