Citizens is seeking a branch associate in Waltham, MA who welcomes customers, assesses needs, and offers trusted financial guidance. You’ll help clients with spending, saving, borrowing and investing through sound recommendations and personal interactions.

You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to guide customers toward digital banking options and tailor solutions for long-term goals, collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products/services.
• Digital technology literacy to support business goals.
• Problem solving and providing customer solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and proper cash handling.
