Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Attleboro, MA is seeking a friendly and proactive personal banker to assist customers with everyday banking needs and financial solutions. You will build lasting relationships by offering trusted advice and guiding customers through products and services.

You’ll promote digital and mobile banking, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and support customers from account openings to credit card choices while meeting branch goals and ensuring accurate cash

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience meeting goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products and services.
• Familiarity with using digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Help customers set and achieve personal financial goals with tailored solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments, ensuring compliance with policies.
