Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships at a Chase branch. You will use banking solutions and technology to tailor financial guidance and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include building lasting relationships, educating clients on digital tools, and collaborating with specialists to address complex needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with success establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experiences.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
