Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in Ohio. You will engage clients with hospitality, assess financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using the latest banking technology.

You'll build lasting relationships through proactive meetings, clear communication, and cross-selling responsibly, while adhering to regulatory standards and branch policies. This role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
