Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ohio seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the brand and help clients meet financial goals with modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships by offering tailored product recommendations and friendly service in a branch setting.

You will need to complete required licenses within 180 days and work weekend/evening hours. Emphasis on compliance, customer experience, and teamwork with branch specialists.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Must meet risk, compliance, and training obligations.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
