Job summary

You will help clients use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, stay compliant with banking regulations, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs. Weekend and evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Must meet licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state licensing; NMLS registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and collaborate with team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Collaborate with team of experts to address specialized financial needs.
