Job summary

In this role you’ll use your communication skills to build relationships, schedule checkups, and guide customers to digital banking tools. Weekend/evening hours may be required as branch needs arise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking tools and guide customers on app usage.
• Collaborate with partners to address complex financial needs.
• Occasional outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
