Qualifications

• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
• Proven success with building relationships and cross-selling
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and meeting schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Promote digital and mobile-first banking solutions
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule check-ups
