Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, helping customers with their financial needs and offering trusted advice to support spending, saving, borrowing and investing decisions.

You’ll present tailored solutions, promote digital banking options, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to assist more complex needs. Hours vary; starting wage is $25 per hour and up.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build customer relationships.
• Proven success in presenting and referring financial products.
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
