Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively identify customer needs and propose solutions
• Proven success building relationships and cross-selling
• Strong comfort with using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to multitask and adapt to varying branch hours
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide trusted financial guidance
• Recommend tailored financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
• Promote and explain digital/mobile banking options and assistance
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams on complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
