Job summary

Citizens Bankers serve as the face of the branch, building lasting customer relationships through trusted advice and personal engagement. You will help customers with financial solutions, plan for the future, and introduce them to mobile/app banking options.

Collaboration with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams enables handling more complex needs. The role includes outbound calls to acquire new customers, branch-hour flexibility (including weekends/evenings), and adherence to all banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales and customer service with goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to multitask and work with teammates and partners.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities
