Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales engagement to understand client priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Assist in deposit and loan processing and referrals to other lines of business.
• Provide consultative financial advice and build long-term client relationships.
• Support banking center sales goals and coach associates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and risk management.
