You will guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, introduce digital banking options, and work with specialists to address complex financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtaining a NMLS ID.
• Preferred: 1 year cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and advice.
• Promote digital and mobile banking options to clients.
• Refer products and services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
