Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to work with teammates and partners across departments.
• Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act and pre-employment checks requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding goals and offering trusted advice.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkup appointments.
