Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Promote digital and mobile banking solutions and guide customers to use them.
