Job summary

Citizens Bank in Boston seeks outgoing individuals to join our team as Customer Service Bankers. You will help customers with financial needs, offering trusted advice and building lasting relationships.

You’ll promote digital tools and coordinate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address more complex needs. You’ll also engage in outbound calls, schedule financial checkups, and maintain compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build relationships.
• Experience using digital banking tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Meet SAFE Act and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
