Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services.
• Proficiency with digital banking tools and apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, including proper cash handling and regulatory requirements.
