Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking an outgoing individual who enjoys helping customers and providing trusted financial advice. You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to recommend tailored solutions and assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.

You'll introduce digital banking options, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and conduct outbound calls to grow the customer base while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
