Job summary

Truist Wealth in Philadelphia is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Services Associate to provide timely completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper handling of all monies. You will deliver a distinctive client experience and identify clients’ financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support the branch’s sales process while upholding internal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel to cover temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and process complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support branch sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
