Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a regular, full-time teller/client service associate for our retail branch network in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering a superior client experience, handling complex and standard transactions, and educating clients on digital banking tools such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.

You will participate in outbound client outreach, support the sales process, and collaborate with branch teams and specialists to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used in branch automation
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Weekend and/or extended hours support may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a focus on accurate, courteous transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
