Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use a PC and standard software applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs and shift requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales efforts by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle workload proportionally to branch demands while remaining client-focused.
