Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records while handling funds securely.

You will deliver a distinctive client experience, educate customers on digital banking tools, support sales outreach, and collaborate with branch teams to meet financial needs and uphold internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and possible weekend/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle both complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
