You will engage clients through in-person and phone interactions, educate them on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with bank experts to address complex needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
