Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a branch team, delivering outstanding hospitality and practical banking solutions to clients in person and by phone.

You will grow client relationships, educate customers on digital tools, and coordinate with specialists to meet financial needs while complying with applicable regulations and policies. Weekend and some evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services is required.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor recommendations to financial needs.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
