Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them with our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
