Chase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions to help clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships while delivering thoughtful financial guidance.

Candidates should have sales experience in banking, strong communication, and the ability to navigate compliance. This role supports branch goals and requires weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate client service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring offers to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult clients and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
