Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimums; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
