Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a local branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging Chase technology to meet clients' needs.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and compliance with banking regulations, with weekend/evening hours expected. A high school diploma and appropriate licenses are required or pursued within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with the ability to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise clients and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
