You will educate clients on Chase technology, remain compliant with regulations, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Must meet risk, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing prerequisites must be pursued.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person or by phone.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like mobile apps and online banking.
