Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to build lasting client relationships, deliver welcoming service, and leverage digital banking solutions to meet needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions while upholding regulatory standards.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in banking, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Licensing via JPMorganChase program within 180 days is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days if unlicensed.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
