Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offer thoughtful banking solutions, and connect clients to technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while delivering high-quality service. The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services, strong communication, and the ability to work branch hours

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone, tailoring features and benefits to diverse needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency in client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent); licensing requirements as stated.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
