The role requires strong communication, a focus on customer outcomes, and the ability to work weekends/evenings in a branch environment, with licensing steps required for progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them (in person and by phone) to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
