Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with ability to meet or exceed goals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer interactions
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to build relationships and referrals through in-person and phone interactions
• Safety and regulatory compliance including NMLS and SAFE Act requirements
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs
• Guide customers to digital and mobile-first banking channels and support transactions
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and regulatory requirements
