Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a personable red-carpet client associate to connect with customers in-branch and by phone. You’ll provide trusted advice on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and guide clients toward digital banking options.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address complex needs, make outbound calls, and schedule financial checkups

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, business partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Complete SAFE Act requirements via pre-employment screening and NMLS ID.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and provide trusted advice.
• Develop relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options to customers.
