Job summary

You’ll help clients plan for future goals, introduce digital banking, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address complex needs.

You will provide sound advice on spending, saving, borrowing and investing while handling cash responsibilities and following all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products/services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers.
• Help customers plan for future goals like home buying or credit cards.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking and ATMs for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
