Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Banker to join our branch team in Massachusetts. You will help clients with financial solutions, build lasting relationships, and guide them through digital banking options.

Your goal is to understand personal financial needs and offer trusted advice for everyday banking and future planning. You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners, make outbound calls, and schedule checkups to expand the client

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting goals.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and build relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with financial solutions: spending, saving, borrowing, investing.
• Recommend tailored solutions for goals like planning for the future, buying a home, or credit cards.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options; handle transactions via app/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
