The role emphasizes outbound calling, meeting customer needs, and collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, while adhering to policies and cash handling standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Experience building relationships and recommending products in person or by phone.
• Ability to use digital tech to support business goals.
• Multitasking and collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Meet SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking and guide customers to use the app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
